At work

Hello all :)

Currently still in the office, waiting for time to pass. Hm... scratch that. my hours are up. I'm just bumming around now, since I'm new, with nothing really serious to do, except learning from seniors.

Thought of updating this page while I am still awake - because I've been dozing off for the past 2 days after work! hahaha

Well, everyone here is really nice and friendly. I thank God for that.

We had meeting today, a conference call with the leaders from Australia & New Zealand..which was an eyeopening thing for me.
And one of them even surprised me by welcoming into the team.. which then my center manager insist to say something in return..

and in a blink filled with surprise, i just yelled a 'thank you'..

and yes, i made everyone laugh..

happy day for me..  :D

Tomorrow is a new life

SUN - day. ... but its been raining almost the whole day,
and i'm laying on my bed, wondering what tomorrow will be like.

I start work.

A transition of a fresh grad to a working young adult. Hmm.
I'm partly nervous and excited at the same time.
I hope all will turn out good, and people are friendly..

God.. Please give me the strength to be patient and brave. Amen. :)

Hey there!

The past few days have been HECTIC!

First, we had to sort out some simple decoration for the venue.
Then we had to figure out the home loan packages to apply for, and get those documents ready.. (oh yes, I forgot to mention, we're getting a house together)'

And then comes the job applications.. I've been applying for a few jobs now, and this particular one has taken 2 months to get processed. And guess what?

I GOT IT!

so i start work on Monday.. and because of the last minute, my little marmosets (baby pugs) need to learn to adjust to new feeding time..

Lots to do this weekend. I'm quite thrilled and worried at the same time!

Anyways, all that aside, savor the moment, and live it up before its gone..
here is the menu that I've been offered!

Starter: Canapes

- Tomato eggplant with basil
- Poached prawn mango and mayo
- Tuna mayo
- Mustard capsicum and olive oil
- Chicken curry mayo with mango

Salad

- Mesclum salad
Dressing: Balsamic, honey mustard
- Potato and apple mayo with gran kismisth salad
- Penne salad with capsicum and Onion
- Tomato salad with basil

Mains

- Spaghetti aglio-olio with mushroom, garlic, chili, and olive oil
- Penne arabiata with spicy tomato sauce
- Parmaggiana (Roasted eggplant with tomato and cheese)
- Roasted lamb with mint cream and capers
- Mustard roasted beef with shallots juice and cormfit
- Roasted chicken with black pepper
- Sautte potato with vegetables

Dessert

- Tiramisu
- Cream brulee
- Apple crumble
- Papaya tartlet
- Kiwi tartlet
- Dragon fruit tartlet
- Mix fruit platter

... accompanied by bottles Frontera wine..

50 piece plain white envelope for RM3.50 (slightly more than 1USD)
1 roll of ribbon at RM1.30
Some red paper

and just paste it to a pattern! took me 2 hours to do all these!

total spent for invites, RM55!!!

Well, a brief introduction of myself;

People call me Tasha, and like many others, i have decided to write all my fondest moments in a 'electric journal'!

I am a fresh grad who is currently seeking employment, and I am getting ENGAGED!! :)

There is no better way than to write it all down for my friends abroad to read and be updated!

Right now, I'll be busy with prepping up for the engagement.. its already half prepared (like engagement cards.venues.)

So wait till I'm done with that, and will put it up for a sneak peek :)
